Life @ Cyata
We’re inventing the future of AI security, literally building the playbook for securing autonomous AI agents. Think groundbreaking tech that doesn’t exist yet, ideas that turn into breakthroughs, and those “wait, did we just create that?” moments that make this work so damn fun. Whether you’re in engineering, sales, marketing, or ops, every voice matters here.
We’re radically flat: good ideas win regardless of title, and everyone has the opportunity to lead. Small team, big impact, and your ideas move from concept to reality fast. If you want to define a new category and build something that matters while the space is still wide open, welcome home.
P.S. Yes, we have snacks. And very strong opinions about the best schnitzel in Tel Aviv.
The Role
Cyata is building the security foundation for autonomous AI agents. Product Management is where we turn that mission into outcomes: shaping what we build, why it matters, and how it delivers real security and operational value to customers.
We’re hiring an experienced Product Manager who wants to own meaningful parts of the platform in a fast-moving environment. You’ll tackle ambiguous problems, make pragmatic prioritization decisions, and drive cross-functional execution to deliver high-impact capabilities central to how Cyata operates.
What you’ll own
- Product direction for foundational platform capabilities that help secure and operate autonomous AI agents
- Customer and business outcomes for what you ship: adoption, impact on risk reduction, usability, and operational readiness
- Translating customer needs + security requirements into crisp product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
- End-to-end execution leadership: align Engineering, Security, Frontend, and DevOps around a plan, then drive delivery through launch
- Roadmap and prioritization: sequence work to maximize learning and impact, balancing speed with trust and safety
- Designing for scale from day one: safe defaults, guardrails, resilient failure handling, rollout strategies, and clear operator UX
- Tight collaboration across teams so delivery is a shared outcome (not just “requirements handed off”)
What tends to work well here
- 4+ years in Product Management (or equivalent product ownership) for technical products, ideally platforms, security, or developer-facing systems
- Strong product fundamentals: problem discovery, requirement definition, prioritization, and clear communication
- Ability to work with engineering teams on systems that face real-world constraints: partial failures, load spikes, backward compatibility, safe rollouts
- A practical product mindset: you can move fast without breaking trust, and you know where to invest in rigor (metrics, usability, reliability)
- Comfort with ambiguity and true ownership from problem definition to shipped outcomes
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
